Concorde Career College, formerly Concorde Career Institute, is a collection of higher learning institutions boasting 16 campuses across the nation. The college was originally established in 1966, and has since expanded its programs to include a variety of degree options in addition to vocational nursing. Concorde prepares its students for gainful employment in the fulfilling LVN field by way of its first-rate program which encompasses in-class, didactic study, laboratory simulations and clinical training. The program at Concorde can be completed in 50 to 90 weeks depending on whether the student is attending the full (daytime) or part-time (evening) program. The LVN program is comprised of 640 in-class lecture hours and 954 laboratory/clinical hours. In order to successfully complete the vocational nursing program, students are required to complete a total of 90.5 (quarter) unit hours. CCC assists its students with job placement following the completion of the program.
