North Orange County ROP was founded in the 1970s to give students a well-rounded educational experience. The curriculum includes both theory and clinical experiences to develop skills for vocational nurse. Students take 1000 hours of clinical practicum and 600 hours in the classroom over the 13-month long program. Before commencement, you will meet with a career guidance counsellor to ensure suitability. Adult applicants must submit academic reports and attend for an interview.

- Minimum 70% on the HESI Admission Assessment Exam. You may take the test during the admissions period
- A background check and drug test for which the student will pay the fees
- Physical examination and lab tests, immunizations if the student does not have current inoculations

American Career College was founded in 1978 to provide students with a great way to access entry-level medical positions. There are four courses that comprise the program, each taking 13 weeks to complete. Part time students will study each course over 20 weeks. Students learn both practical and theoretical skills and are ready to take the licensing exam at the end.
